We are a new growing business to the area. We provide the facility for you to have your Wedding reception, Corporate function, Birthday party, Anniversary celebration, Graduation party or any other special affair that may need a larger hall type rental for a fraction of the cost. We have a huge 76'x 106' beautiful white tent with sides and 20 cathedral windows. You book a date, tell us what you want and we take care of the rest. You can add certain services that you wish for us to provide such as DJ services or table linens or you can have your whole affair taken care of by a caterer or other entity while simply renting the tent and grounds. You decide, we make it easy. The tent rental comes with tables & chairs (for up to 250 people), food tables (if not caterer provided), white linens, dance floor, a disco ball and romantic dimming lighting. We have all the plugs necessary for any band or DJ. You and your guests arrive and we clean up after you leave.

  • Bride Get Ready Room!


    Since this is a somewhat outside affair, for brides - we will offer a private guest room for the day for any time she feels like she needs to freshen up, change her clothes or to get ready in before the wedding.  She will have the use of a regular bathroom and the groom and the bride can change clothes before they leave the reception if they wish to do so!  Please - parents of bride to help or Maid of Honor etc; only in the house, not the whole wedding party.

  • Table linens & Napkins

    You can choose from our in-stock linens or choose to order through our providers or yours.  If you choose, you may bring your own linens and owe us nothing as you will be taking them with you.

    In-Stock colors are White - ( check back often to see how we grow)! Ask about our "we buy linens for you" program!!!

  • Chocolate Fountain

    You can rent our 3 tier chocolate fountain for your use or we can sell you a decorative chocolate fountain "display" complete with chocolate fountain and in-season delectables such as sliced banana's & strawberries! We can go even farther and make you some mouth watering peanut butter/chocolate to go in your fountain! Pricing depends on number of guests.

  • Champagne Fountain

    We have a gorgeous Champagne Fountain ready for your use, we can fill it or, rent it to you for the evening.  Most of our charges for this type of thing are nominal clean up fee's. How easy is that?

  • Chafing Dishes

    We have many beautiful Chafing Dishes and Hotel pans for you to choose from. All are stainless steel, sterno heated, some are brushed nickel outside with bright brass finishing touches & handles. Pictures to follow shortly!  Come back and check out what we have to offer or feel free to call.

  • Serving trays & Platters

    We have many crystal, glass, silver, porcelain and plastic trays and/or platters to choose from.  Pictures to follow of what we will be offering. We think you will be as excited as we are that you can put on a party for such an economical fee!
  • Silverware

    We will be offering regular resturant quality silverware or plasticware if you choose. Prices will be set according to choice. Plasticware will be charged for and silverware will be a fee for usage/cleaning.  Pictures to follow. This is a service that will only be offered if you are not using a caterer.  Glassware will be an item that we are growing with. We currently have service for 180 people. Since we do not cater the food for your affair, this should not be a problem as most caterers supply this service. We will however supply what is needed for any special trays that we do provide you such as the Chocolate fountain or Cheese trays etc.

  • Dancing lights & novelties!!

    We have a variety of lights for your dance floor to make your evening fun and entertaining or low lighted and romantic!

    • Huge Disco ball - lights up the floor with romantic flickers of light
    • Mace Double Ball light (With DJ hire only)- 2 rotating balls of serious colors and DJ lighting that will get your guests going out onto the dance floor!
    • Vertigo light (With DJ hire only)- A single round light emitting loads of colored lights toward your dancers and the floor..lights up the room with exciting color!
    • Flower light (With DJ Hire only)- emits gorgeous flowers on the walls and dance floor while it gets its cue from the beat of the music.
    • Pin Spot lights (With DJ hire only)- sends out a ray of color to specified area's.
    • Others lights to choose from as well as the lights in the tent being on a dimmer which can be brought up or down depending on whether people are dancing or you are cutting your cake and need lighting for pictures etc.
    • Fog Machines (With DJ hire only)- 2 types of fog machines for dances, 1 that has regular fog juice and 1 that is a "Hazer" and uses a water based fluid that's less smokey but still enhances lighting features.
    • Strobe lights (With DJ hire only)- fast and slow but not recommended for functions with older persons or persons subject to siezures. Mainly used for young dances or halloween functions.
    • Small white Christmas type lights are utilized in and around the tent that add beauty to any function.
    • Ficus tree's with small lights add a nice touch to any party.
    • Huge gorgeous Boston ferns and Spider plants that are strategically placed and can be re-directed at your whim!

     

  • DJ Services!

    Our In-House DJ is about the best you can get!  You can bring in your own DJ or use ours. Our DJ will meet with you regarding the type of guests you will have, type of music you want played and coodinate all functions of your wedding from announcing the wedding party as they arrive, working with your photographer so you get the best pictures, announcing tables, toasts, special dances ie; 1st dance as husband & wife, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, garter & boquet toss, dollar dance, cake cutting, as well as making it fun for your guests! Many happy references can be supplied!  The In-House DJ is responsible for getting any music that you want that we may not have but, we have one of the largest selections we have been able to find and also large band type state of the art equipment, not some fly by night cheap set. We have cordless mic's that your best man and minister can utilize for toasts and prayers, clear EV speakers, mixing board and amps and we are totally computerized so no skipping of discs or cd's and we have a back-up system ready.  We have a generator ready just in case that can run your whole affair, lights, DJ etc so no need to worry!  If you are interested in our DJ services, just let us know when you call.  We also by the way, supply the largest selection of Karaoke music for your parties as well

  • Food Trays, Fountains

    We will supply some hors'doeuvres and appetizer trays if you choose us to do so. Ask about pricing when you call. These are the trays that we will provide until further notice;

    • Chocolate Fountain - Milk Chocolate, Dark Semi Sweet or Peanut Butter/Chocolate - Surrounding decorated tray with Sliced Bannana's & Strawberries or seasonal items.
    • Cheese Tray - Swiss Cheese, Colby Jack & Cheddar Cheese squares served with sesame and club crackers on a surrounding decorative tray.
    • Vegatable Tray - Sliced carrots, celery, broccolli and cawliflower with Ranch or dill dip on a decorative tray.
    • Fruit bowl - Pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, melon, oranges,(seasonal choices) in a large bowl decorative display.
    • Nut's - we can provide small bowls of nuts on your tables of your choice if so desired.
    • Champagne Fountain - we can provide a Champagne Fountain on a decorative table with plastic champagne glasses that can be passed out for a toast, left up to your guests to choose, or you can have your caterer take care of this. We do have glass Champagne flutes for your head table.
  • Set up - Break Down - Clean up - Trash Disposal !

    When you rent our tent - we set up the tables & chairs, put on the linens (if rented through us) set up anything else you get through us, and break it all down after you leave and dispose of the trash!! So easy! Just come and have your party! Call for booking dates now!

  • Table Centerpieces

    We are working with a designer to be able to provide fully made rentable table centerpieces in an array of colors and variety of styles.. this will be something we will offer in the future as we grow!  We can however refer you to someone that can help you with your ideas if you like.

  • Last but certainly not least, bathrooms!

    Since we ARE a somewhat outside affair, our bathroom facilities will be adjacent to the tent inside our storage building. Just a few steps away, they will be clean and well supplied for your function. There is a separate bathroom for women & men. If a bride or groom needs to use a room to get dressed in or change clothes before leaving, we will however provide a private guest room and full bathroom in our house for these purposes.  You just let us know what convienences you need and we will be glad to supply you with them.
